An eggy affair with Miss Lunch!
Miss Lunch proposes three cooking classes for the occasion of the Festival International de la Photographie Culinaire 2012. Miss Lunch is also member od the festival’s Jury
Recipes that are “typically” Miss Lunch: simple but sophisticated!
The eggy story:
The recipe for “l’oeuf charmant” appeared for the first time in the roman-cuisine “Le Chinois – Sexe, drogue et bain-marie” (Editions 1973, 2010). In April, 2012, it was published in an article in the French Elle magazine, by Esterelle. Since then, it is at PPP where Miss Lunch, an artist-cook, is in residence and creates all kinds of recipes around the “oeuf charmant”.
Each cooking class will revolve around the “oeuf charmant”.
Tuesday 30 October from 4-6 PM- 60 euros per person
&
Tuesday 6 November, from 4-6pm or from 7-8.30 PM, 60 euros per person + a glass of wine
